Last September I signed up to sky tv and broadband for 49 euro for 12 months on a 12 month contract. This month my bill has gone back to full price. 6 months shy of the 12 months that we agreed. I know for a fact that I am right and sky have made a balls of the contract.

Does this put me out of contract or make my contract void....???

    phone sky

I cancelled Sky TV but I have kept Sky Fibre Broadband as its a good service

Sky told me my Sky Fibre Broadband will be going up to 50euros per month from April 2016.
But I have checked 'my sky' account and its still 40euros per month until october 2016
Than from october 2016, its the normal price or might get a 'better deal' if I pretend to cancel that as Eir Fibre is also available

Absolutely not. You have to at least give them a chance to correct their error.

The 'consumer' forum might be a better place to get more opinions, but you won't be able to get out of your contract simply on this basis.

More than likely they have put the wrong offer on your account. You should post in their talk to forum here on boards. They guys there seem pretty helpful.

Well I am now waiting 10 days for them to phone me back because they have to pull the phone recording... 10 days. Hardy looking after the consumer.

Just a general warning that we can't provide legal advice here on Boards.
