    Hi,

I'm about to get two Donkeys and have everything ready except bedding & food. Does anyone know where I can get Barley Straw either close by or preferably delivered? I'm in Brittas, Co Dublin.

For storage I'd prefer the square bales.

    TIA.

    Matt.

Yes, I looked at that before, I was looking for personal recommendations if anyone had one.

    Thanks anyway,
    Matt.

Straw is straw, as long as it's dry.

Not with Donkeys it's not, they eat and sleep on the same stuff. Barley straw is low in nutrition compared to other straw and ideal for them.

I'm not sure really, I have a tool shed that I can store it in, I guess I'm looking at 15 square bales for now but it would be a regular thing.
