Am just wondering what's the difference in a Course that has 2 offerings of both 3-Year Course and a 4-Year Course? Like which would ya apply for on Forms? (They both have different Course Codes.) What's the difference in doing a 3-Year Course and then coming along and doing an add-on year versus doing a straight 4-years? Is there pros and cons of doing it one way over the other?

A 3-year course is typically a Level 7 Ordinary level degree, whereas a Level 8 is an honours level degree. You can do the Level 7 and then the extra year to get a Level 8. A straight 4-year honours degree, also called an ab initio degree, does not offer the option of getting the Level 7 qualification, only the Level 8.

Pretty much none. You ultimately get the Level 8 degree. It's more to offer a modular approach, most common in the Institutes of Technology. You have the option of leaving with a qualification after three years, that's pretty much it. I would suggest, however, that employers preference is for a Level 8 honours degree.
