Repair Scratch on Windscreen

I have this scratch on my windscreen i got from something stuck in my wiper and marked the screen when i was driving one wet night. I didn't notice it until the next day in the light but need to know how to get rid of it. I don't think its that deep, i can't feel it with my finger but can a little with my nail. Any ideas?

Scratches can be polished out with Cerium Oxide
