Trees felled

A lot of trees felled in IDA park in Dangan and also in NUIGs grounds near river also in last month or so, any idea why this would be ? 50+ trees cut down in both areas

I noticed that too. I assumed they were diseased and/or in danger of falling in windy conditions.

Also a lot of trees felled in Renville park woods , looks very bare.. Wonder who would know reasons, fair enough if dangerous/diseased just looks fairly brutal now !
