    Open the windows regularly
Reduce the creation of internal moisture and vent it appropriately at source
    Heat the room/rooms
    Insulate appropriately

Also study the specific reason in the room by Getting an RH sensor (<50€) and measure the situation periodically

And wait for the hocupocus brigade who will advocate anti mould paints and dehumidifiers

You can fit moisture sensor controlled heat recovery ventilation in Your room, they cost 350-600 euros a set.
But first You have to find out high moist level reason, it can be some simple thing like lack of heating and cold external walls. or it can be rising dampness etc.
Dehumidifiers and cavity dryers we use in case of floods as they deal with short term moisture problems and need a lot of electricity.
I will suggest a survey before making decision.

Tackle the source of the damp as best you can, close kitchen doors and bathroom doors when in use.. water moisture travels between rooms.
Don't dry clothes on radiators anywhere in the property. If you are not on the ground level and you think its safe to do so, you could leave the window open a crack,, you may find leaving your bedroom door open at night improves things as air can ciruclate better.

You should fit windows with air vents installed on them.
