Notification emails

I keep getting emails every time someone replies to the threads I follow despite having turned off notifications when I joined each thread. Now I can't seem to turn the emails off.

Any help?

I can see you have "Follow thread without notification" enabled but is this a recent thing? Are there older threads you may still have emails enabled on?

The notification column on each should say "None" but if any say something else, tick the box on the right next to it and change the subscription via the drop down menu on the bottom right of the page. You will need to do this for all threads (or all that you think are still active).
