I'm just reading the latest edtion of Sporting Gun, and there is an article about these "green aliens", ie Ring- Necked Parakeets. It's a two page article about the damage they do in the UK and shooters have been given authorisation to cull them etc. It concludes by asking reader's to do a survey on a website, which is University of Kent. Now the edition of Sporting Gun is the April edition and I can't help but think it's a spoof, but I looked on the University of Kent's website, do you learned shooters out there think it's a spoof?
