Solution to Gutter Overhang

    Hi folks,

We are selling our property and have run into an issue where the purchaser's solicitor is of the opinion that the gutter of our conservatory overhangs the neighbour's property by an inch or two (not sure of the exact extent).

There was never any issue with this until now - we didn't build the conservatory and the issue never arose when we bought nor since, until now.

Is there anything that can be done construction-wise about this? Can the gutter be re-positioned, redesigned in anyway to eliminate the overhang?

It is quite possible the neighbour concerned will not be contactable for some months as he travels a lot.

    Does anyone have any advice?

    Many thanks in advance
