Changes in monthly bill?

    Hi I switched from an e-fibre account to fibre-solo and this month I have noticed the bill amount was more than expected. I have tired to call 1901 and also use the online chat facility on eir.ie but I can not get to speak to someone. Can someone look into this for me please.
