I have episodes of vasovagal syncope, related to low BP. I'm looking to get back into exercise, and went to the gym yesterday. I got a little dizzy after the workout so I am wondering if anyone with vasovagal could give some tips on how to start?

I have vasovagal too, and I've found it limits what I feel comfortable doing. I was told by my consultant to never do yoga, especially hot yoga because the postures and heat would both make me pass out. I find that jogging also makes me dizzy and sick, so I'm trying to listen to my body! I find Pilates very manageable because you're generally on the mat so you're not having the ups and downs in your blood pressure that you'd have in something more intensive. I love pop Pilates on YouTube, it's a good workout!

My only cardio is walking and cycling, because again I find they don't strain my body too much. Hope that helps a little, it's a difficult enough thing to manage so I think it's about experimenting and listening to your body!
