No broadband for 4 days

    We have had no broadband since Monday afternoon. Multiple calls to customer service and no sign of resolution. Told an engineer would be out and we would be contacted but no word. Now facing the weekend and still no broadband. I run a business from home and am reliant on the internet. Customer service has been shocking.
