Adding card on ps4

Duno if this was asked before on this. But im trying to add a card on my ps4 as Iv created a new account on it. I have everything filled in correctly but it's telling me there is a problem with the visa number when it's actually entered in correctly, Anyone else expierence this issue or no how to solve it, thanks ..
