Need TV Advice

Looking for some advice re buying a TV.

Looking for a decent flat screen TV, minimum 32 inch, HDMI port and USB ports. Budget for 350/400€ with my budget, is there any possibility of getting a TV with WiFi capabilities?

What do you want Wifi for? Would a dumb TV with a Chromecast, Apple TV, Steam Link, or Android box do what you want?

WiFi would be handy for netflicks I was thinking

You just need a chromecast then not a tv with wifi.
