Just looking for some advice or guidance from the gurus in here haha.

As I'm an electrician by trade any problems with ovens dishwasher etc in the family I'm called upon to investigate.

One thing I come across is in ovens that I look at is the quality of the internal panels on them.

Looked at maybe 5 or six in the last few years and every one of them are corroded to crap the screws can never be removed as there seized I always end up drilling them out to gain access to fans elements etc.
Its not one brand either seems all them are the same hoover beko creda flavel belling.

What way do service engineers go at it replacing cooker elements just curious any replies I'd be grateful
