Add Toilet to Ensuite

We're looking at changing both our bathroom and ensuite shortly, we'll be getting rid of the bath in the main bathroom and replacing it with a proper shower unit.

Our current ensuite has a shower and wash hand basin but no toilet. Just wondering would it be possible to add the toilet at this stage. The ensuite is quite small (approx 2.5 sq mtrs). Also wonder would it be possible to get a heated towel rail installed, there's currently no radiator in the ensuite.

It's difficult to say for sure without seeing the existing pipework and how the waste water pipes are routed to outside.
Maybe because of difficulties with drainage is why there was there no w.c. fitted in the first place?
Anything is possible, and you may have to consider using a pumped system like a SaniFlo to have a w.c. installed.
In reality you need a good Plumber out to have a look at what you have and to go through the options with you.
