Forgot to cancel my Amazon Prime

In the rush during Christmas shopping I signed up for Amazon prime as I needed something ordered and delivered ASAP to London.
My 30 day trial period expired in early January.

I keep hearing how it is fairly useless here in Ireland. I understand you can't watch Prime TV or take advantage of free shipping.

What are the benefits in having it in Ireland? I can't seem to find any other decent services that I could use. It cost me £79

Should I contact Amazon and try to get a refund?

Just cancel it on-line, if you've not used any of the benefits since the charge was taken you'll get a full refund

If you contact Amazon customer service they can also cancel it for you,
