7 months rent has paid almost 10% of the house value

    Handing over this months rent in cash again, to my landlord who is pretty hard up most of the time paying this mortgage and for his second home.

    7 months I have paid €10,800 cash in rent in Dublin. The value of the house is about €180k

    I am buying a house soon because of the rental cost, I don't really want to be tied down here with a house in Ireland.

    Moan over.

    You can rent it out for 10% of its value every 7 months.
