Scrolling after windows 10 update

Hey all. So i took the plunge and updated from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10. I've heard it's better, so giving it a try. However, there is one issue i've encountered (so far) which is small but extremely annoying!

Since the update, no matter what i'm in, if it has the option to scroll down and i use the mouse wheel, rather than scroll it jumps. All along, a single move of the mouse wheel and the screen/window would slowly move down, bit by bit. Since the update, it jumps half a screen. I've change the settings in the mouse to only move 1 line at a time, but it made no difference. This happens in Chrome, the start menu and anything else that has a scroll option.

I'm using all the same hardware. Any ideas? It's really small, but extremely annoying, and google is not helping me, keeps bringing me to the same issue but specifically with spotify?!

Edit: I've figured out how to enable smooth scrolling in Chrome, but it's still not the same as it was in windows 7, the mouse still jumps instead of scrolling in everything else...

Edit 2: Mods, please delete - it just suddenly went back to normal...

I suspect the next Win 10 update picked it up. I had a similar problem with the touchpad on my Sony Vaio which had lost its 'pinch' function (it had it long before phones had it). I found in the settings that there is a section for mouse, touchpad etc. This allowed me to fix the settings:), and I noticed it had settings for a wheel...... now to get Chrome working again with Win 10:mad:
