Broadband on wrong speed since new contract with Eir

    Hi,

    I signed up to a new contract with eir and was meant to be getting an upgrade to 5mb broadband from 3mb with the new contract. since changing over i am only getting speeds of 1mb and lower. this has been happening for 3 weeks now, tried many times to call customer care and no joy. anything you can do?
