Alien 2 tune fail

    Hi folks
    i have an alien 2 box running enigma 2. i have done a service search and use autobouquets to sort the channels into an order for me.
    one of the channels (so far not checked them all) comes up with the message tune fail. so i ran servce scan again and autobouquets.. i still get the same message. but when i go into the bouquet named last scan i can see a working version of that channel.. is there any way i can swap them aroound or can i do anything.

    Scan the channel your missing, run bouquets, restart box and this usually fixes it on the alien2

    I have done that a few times and it hasn't fixed it

    A quick fix:
    When you have highlighted the "working version" in the all channels bouquet, press menu on your remote, it should give you the option to add the highlighted channel to a bouquet.
    Add it to your preferred bouquet, then when your in that bouquet, press menu again and "enable move mode" to move the channel to your desired position within that bouquet.
    Note: if you run autobouquets again though, all those changes will be undone unless you edit the custom sort 3 file.
