Funding for GEM in UK

    Hi all,

I did the Gamsat last September in the Uk and managed to get a decent overall score which should hopefully get me into any of the Irish universities. Right now I'm just trying to get my head around the funding and finance end of things and it's suddenly hitting home just how expensive it's all going to be..

So basically I'm considering all options here, I'm just wondering has anyone any experience of the UK system? I didn't apply to UCAS last October as I genuinely thought I'd be repeating the exam again in March, so I would have to take a year out before I could start the course. From my searches so far, I've come across info regarding loans + NHS bursaries, however I'm unsure whether I'd be eligible for any of these options and I'm not sure whether these supports are only in place for undergrad students.. By any chance does anyone know how the system works i.e been through it personally, or perhaps know someone who has gone down this path.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated, I'm feeling completely lost at the moment!!
