House refurb plumbing & heating costs

    Hi can someone give me a rough figure of what the following might cost
    3 bed semi-detached bungalow approx 1200ft\2 to be renovated

    re-use existing LPG supply

    replace water tanks
    new gas boiler
    Radiators 12 needed (access will be provided below suspended timber ground floors)
    heating controls
    Kitchen
    En suite
    Bathroom

    Located near Naas Co Kildare

    Some where around 7500 for the heating and around 2000 for the plumbing side of things. Its really hard to say for definite without looking at it but in or around that

    I'd say around 6k for the heating and 2-3 for bathrooms.

    Yeah mine would be Inc of vat
