I got a mortgage 5 years ago for €180k and bought an apartment. The apartment is worth about €230 now and Ive inherited some money now and I want to trade up.
So I'm wondering can I sell the apartment and put the €230k to the inheritance and buy without having to apply for a new mortgage or will I have to clear the mortgage on the apartment and apply for a new one for the new house??
    Thanks
    A
