Ive registered for the CAO, but want to wait to make final course choices (all non restricted) Do I have to have courses down for 1st March? Thanks

If none of them are restricted courses, then no. You are free to add courses when the CAO reopens later this year and change them as often as you like right up until the 1st of July.
