    Looking at a 2007 BMW 330D m-sport Auto 147,000 miles.

Parking sensors are intermittently working but apart from that car seems to be OK.

Anything I need to look out for??

    Oil changes.
    Swirl flaps.
Parking sensors can be replaced one by one so just put your ear to them and see which one is not clicking.
    Verify mileage as normal.
Check body and panels as normal.

Also check the coolant temp gets above 75 usually stays between 88 - 91, after 12-15min driving, if it doesn't go above 75 this could prevent the DPF regenerating, it's not a big problem just means the main thermostat or EGR thermostat are sticking open there's a link below of how to check the temp.

Swirl flaps not such an issue on the e90, but as said already regular oil changes every 10k Mls
