Moving profile to another PS4

Hi, On my PS4 my son is set up so he has access to all the games and has his own PSN name etc. When he is at my brothers he wants to know if his PSN can be added to that PS4? If so, what does he need to do? Myself and my brother have FIFA so he just wants to play his own Ultimate Team on both. Assistance appreciated !!!

Hi,
