    What is the courts interpretation of EU law on Equality?
    If yous don't know then could anybody give any source where i could find info on that

    Grab your notes and find the major cases highlighted during your lecture.

    Read the cases, just skim them, that said I find European Judgements quite an easy read - usually!

    Read the chapter in the suggested text. Craig and DeBurca (SP?) is usally pretty good.

    Regurgitate that's a 2.2 and two afternoons work.

    Log on to your legal databases, this is the time to get to know the people in that strange room with all the books in it! Get a couple of articles that discuss the topic, blatantly steal someone else's argument just source correctly and don't copy paste!

    Welcome to a 2.1.

    Have a think about it yourself, use this an excuse to use mind altering chemicals if you wish. Form your own opinion based on the foregoing.

    Voilà - high 2.1 or First depending on any biases the lecturer may have both personal and on the law.
