Ear piercing driving me nuts.

I had my ears pierced years ago and now recently one of the piercing holes seems to be getting infected. (No noticeable redness just very painful swelling and some pus (yuckie) I have not worn any earrings in over 4 years, mainly due to an incident where on a night out some idiot pulled on my earring, very slightly ripping…

I have not worn any earrings in over 4 years, mainly due to an incident where on a night out some idiot pulled on my earring, very slightly ripping the lobe.

This has only started acting up in the last year so far has gotten infected 6/7 times, with a few weeks between each infection.

I have had them stretched a few different times in the past to small gauges. But there were no issues and never any infection before.

Just wondering if any one has had this happen before??
