Depending where you live, I've found Veritas has a good range.

Our local Book Centre (there are a few around the south east). Has a good selection. Not all Christian spirituality, but they do cover a good range.

Veritas and Footprints (formerly Scripture Union) are good. There are a number of independent Christian bookshops around the place as well. Easons generally have a very poor selection I've found.

You'll probably find that you have to use Amazon or the Book Depository a lot of the time to be honest.

I get all my books on Amazon. Book stores that offer variety are hard to come by these days and it is so much easier just to get them shipped directly to my house.
