Which would be easier to do for the leaving cert. My other two subject that I chose are Home ec and Business but I'm struggling with whether I should choose classics or biology for the third. I want to be an English/ Religion teacher. I dislike science but I hate history. PLEASE HELP ASAP

Classics, if you want to be an English/Religion teacher.

Neither, if you don't like the subject.

No such thing though really, as an 'easy' LC subject.

There's an overlap between Home Economics and Biology. Have a look at the past exam papers for Classical Studies and it will give you an idea of what to expect.

They're two very different subjects, Classics is much more essay-based than Biology and you are likely to be pressed for time in the exam while the majority of Biology questions only require one or two sentences and you have a fair amount of time. As spurious said, Classics would seem to be more suited to you if you want to be an English/Religion teacher. But at the end of the day you're the only one with the insight to make the decision
