What flagship isn't going to launch with a Snapdragon 820 this year? It's hardly a rumour.

Also what is the obsession with phone manufacturer's using metal unibody designs? The vast majority of people put a case on it anyway so any aesthetic benefits are hidden and it makes it harder to repair it if something goes awry.
