Wondering if anyone has done this lately as i have been advertising my car in UK/NI for the last while and gotten afew enquiries.

How does the claiming of it back work in regards to the logbook ?

From what i can see you are left at mercy of buyer to send you proof of car being registered in uk in order to claim it back.

Also is there any way to see if a vrt reducton was given on a car when new as this would wipe out any hope of being owed anything back vrtwise.

Thanks in advance, im sure i won't be the only one to find the info useful.

    AFAIK, there isn't.
