Occasional drip noise in toilet tank

Recently I've noticed that a long while after flushing I hear an occasional drop into the water tank in toilet (not the bowl)
I've tried to figure out how often but the drops are very far apart so maybe a couple an hour ! Nothing major but I'd like to know why it's happening.
As I said no water going into bowl
    I've attached a pic
When a drip comes it builds up slowly at the blue spout before falling.
There are also more frequent drips from the bottom of the plastic hexagonal wheel but they seem like condensation if that's possible ?
This is happening in our en suite . I checked the other toilets and it also seems to be happening in downstairs one but not 2 others. Interestingly the water level in the other 2 is set slightly higher !
Also where is the overflow in this Type of set up ?
    Thanks

only getting a chance to look at this again now so any advice appreciated
    2 things I've noticed
    1. Blue part of ball cock is hitting off back of tank when the tank has filled. This is not the case in the other toilets
    2. There is a LOT of blue loo gunk on roight hand side of tank. we stopped using them yers ago and other toilets are clear of it at this stage. Maybe I should give it a clean out?

The washer in the filling valve could be failing. I'm not sure if you can get a washer or if you'd need to replace the whole valve.
If it were me I'd leave well enough alone unless it really bugs you. A few drops an hour is nothing

    Update
The drip has defo got worse over last few weeks
It is now every 10/15 seconds (or was tonight anyway and toilet had not been used in hours ) and water level was approx an inch or so higher than normal
Even when I manually lifted ball cock up a little higher to squeeze in the white "valve" it didn't stop it
Anything I can do tomorrow or just get a plumber in next week ?

You could unscrew the ball-arm assembly, give it a good clean, and have a good look at the washer while it's apart. If the washer looks old and perished, 1-2 earth euroshould get you a new one from a plumbers' provider or builder's merchant.

This was what I was thinking thanks
There is a screw on the water pipe
Just turn this and the water will turn off ?

    Done
Pulled that bit of wood out of the middle of the valve !
Will monitor for the day now see if it's sorted
Squeezing the valve shut by hand now works anyway so fingers crossed

I hate fiddling with these things. Big clumsy hands. I usually find it simpler to replace the whole thing.
