    Hello all,

I've just found this beautiful, moving article. It's a real life story of almost human compassion in the animal world.

("What she did..." is also the title of this online article)

Very interesting, but not related to Paleontology. Maybe it'd be better in the Zoology forum.

Adam, this text and series of amazing photos are directly related to our recent Palaeontology Board discussion about animal compassion. All of us who post on the Palaeontology board have often used living species to make our points in comparison with prehistoric animal behaviour.

Then it probably should have been post as a reply to one of said discussions, rather than a new thread. Also, I still believe such discussions belong here, not in Paleontology.
