    hi all
    apologies if this has been posted before
    I suffer quite a bit from tension/frustration headaches
    Im doing best as I can re: gym watching the booze food getting enough sleep
    Have an excellent GP and touch base regularly
    Wondered if anyone one found anything that might help them lift a bit
    not looking for silver bullet but any help greatly appreciated

    Couldn't read and not reply.

    Long term migraine and chronic tension headache sufferer here.

    This sounds extremely strange and counter productive but the next time you get a bad headache try a can of original coke (not a diet or zero version) or a very strong cup of coffee with a couple of sugars.

    For prevention make sure you drink 2 litres of water a day. Get a full night sleep which is crucial. Avoid spending hours in front of a tv/computer. There are also dedicated migraine & headache clinics in hospitals which you could get a referral to if necessary.

    Hi all,

    I suffer from migraine and gp has talked about a Dr Ruttledge out in the Hermitage. Just wanted to see if anybody had gone to him? If he's any good?
