Anti-chafing

I don't normally frequent this forum but I thought it would be a good place for someone who swims a lot to ask what people use to prevent / mitigate chafing and where to they buy it?

I'm particularly interested in finding something I can buy around Dublin as I don't want to lose days in the pool waiting for something to be delivered from an online retailer.

    Cheers!

Bodyglide, any decent running shop will stock it or similar products.

It's non greasy so won't be manky in the pool like vaseline.

Me arm pits! I do some fairly long swims and after about an hour they start to zing a bit.
