Wrong address on Broadband order EVERY SINGLE TIME

    I have just ordered an Eir Solo broadband package last week. During this order I stressed that Eircom/Eir have a long history of getting my address wrong. Any time I have any issue with a landline request they have a wrong address.
    I have corrected this address multiple times but SOMEHOW it never gets corrected on Eir's database.

    I rang Eir back the day after I ordered to verify that they had my correct address on the order - I was assured that they do.

    Today I get a delivery notice that my modem is being delivered by courier. 
    TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.

    What can I do to get it through to you people what my correct address is?
