Sensitive Agri Data?

Hi,

I'm currently doing some research into various areas of IT Security and want to tailor it specifically to the agri sector but even though I am a dairy farmer I'm finding it increasingly difficult to comprehend what damage can be caused by leaked data.

In theory the areas you could loose info would be
Animal Details - Can't order replacement tags so ?
AgFood login Details - Can see your payments and herd, not much use to anyone
Info from apps (herdwatch, icbf etc) - not high risk information

So what I'm wondering is can anyone give me what they would consider high risk agriculture data to loose and in the wrong hands what the consequences would be to this loss? I'm hoping to trend the loss of data vs the cost of protecting it?
