Direct Debit Problem

    Why are direct debits being taken twice out of my account today ?

    Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.

    Can you please check your account again today to see if these direct debits are still duplicated?
    When our system is updating late at night, it can appear that transactions have been duplicated and the balances will sometimes not seem to be correct. If there is a duplicated credit or debit displaying it will not be reflected in the final balance. This will then rectify a short time after, when the system has finished updating.

    Please let us know if we can help with any other query.
