A quick heads up for anyone who may experience this.. http://www.uk.onkyo.com/en/articles/customer-care-program-119261.html https://repair.onkyousa.com/eu/ They have extended the free repair period until end of 2018. Good job as my TX-NR509 has just developed the no sound issue.

All done and dusted.

Submitted Repair request 23-2-16

Received return box 1-3-16

Returned Unit 2-3-16

They received Unit 8-3-16

Returned to me 16-3-16 well packaged and in good condition. All set up and running well.

Need to see how long the repair lasts now.
