Glossy or matte creen

    Just wondering about people who use their laptops for work or general use, do you prefer glossy or matte screens?

    I had a beautiful glossy led screen on my last laptop. Colours were really vibrant and sharp. Any sunlight direct on it was a disaster. Current machine has full hd matte screen. Colours are cooler but viewing angles are brilliant. So it's pros and cons.

    Glossy displays = vivid color, contrast and reflections
    Matte display = anti-glare coating, coating makes colors appear a bit more dull.

    Depends if you want to use the laptop indoors or outside/by a window really.
