Dublin 1908-1915 Electoral Rolls

I am just browsing the 1908-1915 Dublin Electoral Rolls.

The image scans show the first column under the heading 'Margin for Entering Town Clerk's Objections.'

Under this, some entries are listed as 'Objected,' followed by the Inhabitant Householders name crossed out and initialed by hand.

Does this mean the inhabitant has moved out? Or is it something else?

    Many thanks...

More likely that the person did not quite meet the franchise qualification, either the rateable valuation was too low, or the person was slightly under age, 21 for a man or 30 for a woman.

Sometimes a premises was over the valuation threshold, but it was alleged that the person did not occupy the entire premises, for example there might be a sublet room.
