    What is the average price of a solicitor representing someone in court in the west for not producing a license to garda station. A receipt for the license renewal was produced but somehow there was a summons sent a month after :( Wondering is it worth paying a solicitor or representing oneself.

    Contact the prosecuting guard. He will undertake to strike it out. You just need to show up in court to make sure it is done. Don't leave it till the day of the court case as the judge may get annoyed if there is a delay caused.
