How to bleed oil?

Hey guys, Probably being asked a thousand times but I want to be sure how to do it?. Our oil ran out and we got 550 litres but there was no one home to ask him to bleed it for us. Freezing here tonight :( I will throw up some pictures. Cheers :)

There are lots of posts on this, if you do a search. It looks as if the fire valve is turned off. You need to take off the grey cover to bleed the oil pump.
