    Hi, I changed to Eir From Meteor in December, but when I send text messages it is still coming up as the temporary number and not my normal number, and currently I am not receiving text messages from some people who are also Eir.

    It sounds as though you need a number change - please call customer care on free phone 1800690000 to arrange this.
