Guys, just bought myself a citroen nemo van and wanted to give it a once over, used a clay bar kit on the paint work and the result were fantastic (better than i had even hoped for).

Is there any way to remove scratches or even reduce them on my bumpers? They are black (unpainted) bumpers. See the pictures below....

You could try a trim blackening product to reduce the appearance of the marks on the bumper.

yep i use that anyways, but after the success of the clay bar on the paint work now the perfectionist in me wants to deal with these marks and eliminate them if possible....

Because it's a textured surface its difficult to do anything with it. I have the same with the bumpers on my camper. It's a pain.

You could try a product called Solution Finish
I cannot swear by its ability but. James on here has used it over and over so could probably advise better than I could.

Jesus that solution finish looks like a great product, can it the bought over here or in Europe? would be very interested in picking some up....

Its not exactly what i need though as my bumpers have held their colour, just need to reduce the scratches...

Is there some sort of ultra fine sandpaper or solution that could be rubbed over the scratches to even reduce them??

Solution Finish, good product that it is, will not fix the scratches - nothing really will to be honest....due to, as said, the textured finish. If it wasnt textured, you could have tried to sand and re-spray

I suppose I should have been more specific in saying what Curran has clarified.
it will help mask it but wont trmove the scratches.

There's a crowd here in Cork that sell it, I think if you google PolishNParts you should find them!
