Can one apply for split year relief retrospectively?
Left Ireland in September .I am not coming back in next few years.
I have two p45's from jobs in 2015 but no p60 as i didn't see out the year in employment in Ireland.
Have PAYE anytime and used it every year but don't know what to input this year.
Can i add the figures on both p45's to arrive at totals of PRSI PAYE and USC for the year or will that be erroneous?

The information from your P45s should be in the online system already. Just login and check the pay and tax details for 2015, then request a P21 balancing statement for 2015.

Do I have to officially tell them I am gone from Ireland?

Not really unless you will have income over the next few years which must be declared in Ireland. For example, if you own a property in Ireland and will be renting it out as a non resident landlord then that income must be declared here.
No harm to update your address to somewhere you can receive post though.
