Still receiving bills for previous address

Hi folks,

I moved out of a rental property four months ago and advised Irish Water of this by email, more than once. Today I received an email telling me that for latest bill for this property is due.

This is the second bill I have received since I moved out. Could you please look into this.

I'm getting the same thing. I moved out almost a year ago now and I still get texts to say my bill is due and I will soon start paying penalties.
No phone call ever, just texts (normally on a Saturday evening around 9pm)
Irish Water could not do more to piss people off if they tried.
