Hi all , hopefully this is in the right place, I recently bought a vax steam floor cleaner from aldi , the steam end works great but the detergent tank dose not let the detergent out , I rang vax uk who gave me a reference number to get a replacement but the next one was the same, just got home with the third one and that is the same , has anyone else bought one of these or had the same problems, thanks in advance

    Hi there,
just want to say that this is probably the worst steamer in the world....
design is such that it is too top heavy so always needs to be left leaning against wall??
there are two pads for it which have a tie to tighten it but the elastic breaks immediately on using so you cannot tighten it.
Both are rendered useless at this point.
Steam is good but the product cannot be used as the pads keep slipping off and unless you leave it upright against the wall it is impossible to leave for a moment.
